I’d firstly like to start of by saying that the hotel resort is absolutely stunning and is taken care of on a daily basis to a very good standard, whilst walking around one night I saw a pool of vomit on the ground ( courtesy of the unlimited cocktails) and by the time I got up for breakfast the next morning, all traces of it were gone! The cleaning staff and grounds maintenance team were on point! The hotel had a range of different cuisines which was nice and the fact that one food place was open until very late was a great touch for those of us who were hungry after coming out of the onsite nightclub. The staff were mostly really friendly and very approachable, I would get several ‘ good morning’ and ‘good afternoon’ when walking around the hotel, which gave the atmosphere a real sense of home and familiarity. The management team were great, curtious and accommodating, I would especially like to give a shout out to Shanardo Weston, the Guest Service Manager, who went out of his way to ensure that my concerns were heard and promptly addressed. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and how it ran, minor issues arouse but I was extremely satisfied with how professionally they were handled. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

Highly recommended Ocean Eden Bay! Breakfast was great, lunch/dinner. Walking distance to the beach. The pool was clean and huge. The shows they have a great. Staff were friendly and attentive! You get your moneys worth. Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice hosts, everything clean, very nice local breakfast and hosts cooked for us in the evenings very tasty food. Not so easy to find. Small road up the hill from main road. No beach access from house. 10 min walk and 10 dollar entrance fees. Other beaches: take the car. Came for kite surfing but it is not offered anymore in Burwood Beach or anywhere else. Sometimes water was not working, but not for long. Hosts were helpful in every situation.

It was clean it was amazing the property felt like home from I was aload to use everything and I was very impressed of the quality of the property it was just amazing I’m definitely come back here very soon

Orane and Ms. Corral were excellent hosts and made our stay excellent. We were having a tough trip before getting there and meeting them. I would definitely go back and stay at Takuma again.

The staff were great and everything about the hotel was perfect. And the ocean view from our room on the 6th floor was great

it was very clean I love how the building is full air conditioning and the food you have a lot of choices and the staff greats you well.
