Staffs were very nice, the location was comfy as well. The room has no windows but it was very nice to rest and sleep. Wish that the breakfast has more options but all in all everything was good.

The location was awesome, 1min walk to the nearest supermarket and right opposite a sushi and a burger shop. Also we accidentally locked ourselves out, but the owner replied me in minutes and it was a life saver in this cold weather. Loved the place as it comes with a carspace, which is rare in Tokyo. The kitchen was very well equipped and even has a coffee machine and supplies of coffee.

there was a lot of space to spread around, particularly with a large group. The kitchen was spacious with heated tiles and the sauna an spa facilities was exceptional. highly recommend
