This was my second time in this hotel and they provided exactly same high quality as 3 years ago in every respect. The only thing which disturbed our stay is that on a rooftop of the neighboring building a discotheque was opened and the loud music of it could be heard also on upper floors (the hotel is already in the process of solving definitely this issue). The staff reacted swiftly be providing another room on the other side of the building.

This is a real luxury hotel, from A to Z. From the moment you arrive at the lobby, you realize that is a paradise. The entire stuff , all the people are perfect ready to satisfy your request. Everybody speak english and take care of the guest. Breakfast Is massive and fresh products. Room Is very spacious, with powerfull shower and separate toilet room. Lots of amenities comes free in the bath as well. Top restaurant with High class service , beautiful view on the 23 floor over the city. Location Is right in the middle of the main attractions. Cant be Better hotel in Astana!!!

This hotel was a fantastic experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful and were well trained in hospitality. We especially want to thank our personal concierge who did a great effort in arranging our transport & searching for day trip activities. In the restaurant Ms. Akmaral stood out for us and did a fantastic job. Room was superb, very large and extremely comfortable bed. There were also other nice facilities such as a gym & swimming pool. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was one of the best for us so far (in Kazachstan & beyond!).
