Wonderful house, we really liked it. Everything is very clean, the room has everything you need, from air conditioning and towels to a mini fridge. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable people, if necessary, they will help organize trips to local attractions: the house is located close to Sigeriya, Dambulla, Minneriya National Park. I would also like to note the restaurant on the territory - they cook delicious food and it is very cozy. We are glad that we chose this place in Habarana.

Food was good and we requested an early breakfast which was arranged on time. Room was nicely arranged. This is very close to Ritigala archaeological site. Service was excellent. Managed by a family and they make sure to help and support in anyway possible.

It’s a most beautiful hotel, the rooms are better than a five star hotel. Rooms are large, very high quality beds and furniture, luxurious bathroom. The facilities are extremely clean and well maintained, great pool and beautiful garden with fruit trees. The people are so special, extremely kind and caring. You can feel the love they put in the hotel and making sure the guests are happy. The photos on Booking are not as good as reality, it’s better! It was our last hotel in Sri Lanka, and it could not have been better for us and our two young kids. Such a warm, comfortable and special stay.

Great location. Amazing views from property. Nice and quiet surrounding in the middle of the jungle. Hosts were great and very helpful. They helped us with any questions we w and helped us organize the safari. Accommodation was super clean. We would stay there again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the brand new luxury hotel in Sigiriya.The food, the Villa, the hotel facility everything was was perfect. The high light of my Sigiriya trip was the unforgettable, Safari experience led by the fantastic rangers. Their knowledge of the wildlife was impressive. This was our first night's stay when we arrived in Sri Lanka. The hotel was not busy but we were greeted with such hospitality. We ate both evenings at the hotel and the food was great. Breakfast was included and was fantastic with the options of both Sri Lankan or western options. Try the hoppers - deliciious! The hotel arranged any tuk tuk's we needed. We visited Dambulla Cave Temple, climbed Lion Rock and went to an amazing Spa. The location is great for all of these. Our room was spotlessly clean and very large with a comfortable bed and clean sheets. To top everything of we saw an elephant walking down the road!
