Review of sun 31.12.23: Room 206 Rotterdam Netherlands with a back garden view. In walking distance from hotel to Coolhaven train stop or tram stop no 8 which takes you to Beurs stop for a variety of shopping choices. Tram stop Blaak takes you to the Cube houses and Great Market hall with delicious eatery options. Euromast tramstop for exciting views from the tower. Wilhelminaplein tram or metro stop for the cruise port. The room was modern, and the bathroom with a soft rain shower head a delight, a heated rail, and a hairdryer. Rooms come with an aircon and hot water machine for coffee and a safe. Stein, Arthur, and Lia at reception were very helpful and friendly. Free Wi-Fi is available. We did not have the breakfast option. New years Eve was amazing on Erasmus Bridge with fireworks. All trains were free to use from 10 pm to 2am. Well organised and safe to use. Amazing camping, a lot of different activities. Perfect for couple or friends gate away! The shared dinner was delicious. Breakfast could have more options (bread, boiled eggs, cheese, cold cuts and yogurt available). Staff is very helpful and friendly!

We had an amazing time staying here, it looked exactly like it shows in pictures. The owner was really nice and welcoming.You can tell he worked hard on making the place as nice and relaxing as possible. We will definitely be coming back. Definitely recommend giving this a chance.
