VERY nice place - wish we would have had more time there... extremely clean with all that was necessary for a great stay. The location is super with only 5 minutes to shops and restaurants/cafes. Has own courtyard to relax in too! Vincent was very accommodating and friendly. Hope to stay there again!

Super cool accommodation resort. The sauna complex is classy and rustic, with many beautiful designs, like the Birdnest sauna. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable with gorgeous redesigning of the fort building. Quiet & dark in the morning. I guess being a fort helps soundproofing! I slept extremely well. The included buffet breakfast was delicious! Perfect for a couple's retreat.

From the moment we arrived, our host Ovi made us feel incredibly welcome. He greeted us warmly, helped us settle in, and gave great local tips that made our visit even more enjoyable. This is one of the most amazing locations where I have ever stayed 🤩 I am specifically lucky, as I had the chance to celebrate my birthday in the wonderful Faralda crane. The suites are pure luxury, designed with great love and style. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful niche of the Secret Suite, where we spent hours just enjoying the view of Amsterdam. The warm welcome from receptionist when we arrived. She did her best to facilitate an early check in as we had a very early flight. Beautiful flowers in the foyer. The staff at breakfast were equally outstanding. Beautiful view of the canal at breakfast.

Yes I had some problems at the beginning of the stay but I won't mention them and won't reflect them in my score... because three people worked so hard to fix them and made my visit memorable !
