Nice little guest house, everything was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were great. Amazing views. Very friendly, attentive and responsive owners. A personal approach to each guest. English-speaking. Secure parking. We did not try the hot tub, so I cannot comment. Just a heads-up - if you're coming with your own vehicle, you may need to be careful if it does not have a suitable ground clearance. There is an unpaved section of the road to the house that may be rough for some city cars. Also, ask the owners to give you directions in advance as google maps is not really helpful. Anyway, if I remember correctly, they also provide free pick up from Pisac.

I stayed here with my sister for one week. We are Australians and in our thirties. We absolutely loved our time at Casa Cartegena. The staff were so welcoming and made great recommendations about local restaurants (food is incredible in Cusco). We really enjoyed our breakfast each morning in the tranquil garden (recommend the crepes!), and each evening Pisco sours together with delicious snacks were delivered to our room. Beds were very comfortable and made up each day, complete with chocolate on the pillow. One of the most enjoyable hotel stays of our lives!

- The staff was amazing, made us coca tea to help adjust to the height, directed us to places around the city, took care of our bags while we were on a trek (and without needing to ask brought them directly to our room after the trek!) and generally helped us with EVERYTHING we needed. - The hotel is beautiful! - Breakfast is excellent. - Rooms are very clean and very well equipped. - The location is perfect. Minutes of walking to anything we wanted to see. - Laundry services were great.

Really cool place, pool table, ping pong table. Really friendly staff, they have a laundry service for a little extra. They provided us with a packed breakfast one morning because we were leaving very early to do Rainbow mountain tour.
