The front desk service manager went over and above to accomodate a baggae incident (when the cabdriver was not able to fit a large bag into his car. The Desk Manager took it upon himself to take my bag to the airport!!!!! Thia was the crowning event of a stay that has me looking forward to returning!!!! This manager is GREAT!!!! Please promote him and clone him if possible!!! I told my wife about the most pleasant experience and she will be writing a letter to the management to acclaim this individuals professionalism and conscientious behavior. First room that I got was a bit "smelly" from cigarettes. One call to reception and they gave me different room without any problem and immediately started with preparation of cleaning the affected room! Great job! Positives: Nice hotel interior Very cozy room with all necessary amenities. Bed was quite comfortable. Wellness is fine, fitness could be bigger but for 2-3 days stay it's OK. Very good breakfast selection. Staff is incredibly nice!
