It's a wonderful location for a relaxed trip with your family or friends. The Pensiunea Brezu is perfect for children to. They can enjoy playing in the garden, swings, seeing the horses or cows and running around with the very cute dog, Romica and cat Pablo. There you will be welcomed by a friendly host with traditional home-made food and by the end of your stay you will feel part of the family. The food is delicious, we have eaten a traditional breakfast. The house is very clean and the beds are really comfy. It's located near Sighetul Marmației(where you can learn more about Maramureș history from Maramureșean Village Museum, Memorial to the Victims of Communism and of the Resistance, The Ethnic museum and other great museums), Viseul de Sus (where you can take the train Mocănița), Bârsana Monastery and for the more adventurer people Peștera din Dealul Solovan, this are some of the places our host recomand us. At the end of our stay we have danced "hora" in traditional clothing.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners and immediately treated to a heartfelt reception with horincă and local specialties. The farm is located in a stunning setting and reflects the traditions of rural life, with Mariana’s traditional cooking being the tasteful reflection of it. It was also touching to see how multiple generations live together on the farm with such love and harmony. The presence of Teddy (lovely dog) and Jerry/Mini (lovely cats) made it easier to accept the long distance to our own pets.
