We had suite with private pool right near the beach, it looked exactly like on pictures and we liked it a lot! Excellent pool, beautiful nature, lovely beach with free sunbeds and no people from outside. Excellent breakfast with both buffet & a la carte options. Food at the Edge restaurant was also very good. Next to the hotel, if you go right over the beach, is nice beach cafe with fountains and lovely desserts, though not a cheap one. Freindly staff - Noo from reception organized excellent private tour to James Bond Island for us. Hotel has also provided lovely beachfront setting for St. Valentine's dinner.

I absolutely loved everything about this stay at the JW. Especially the birthday decorations really made me surprised! Unbelievably helpful staff who were so generous with every request. I so want to go back soon.

We had lunch and dinner overlooking a fabulous golf course. Food was excellent. POM looked after us very attentively. Quaint request for 3,000 BHt on checkin but returned at checkout no problem. Rooms are very well equipped with bath and shower. Super shuttle service to the airport 15 minutes.

Review for Baan Mai Khao (8/24) Apartment – Excellent Family Stay I stayed at Baan Mai Khao (Unit 8/24) and had a wonderful experience. The apartment features one spacious bedroom and two clean, modern bathrooms. It is fully air-conditioned and offers direct access to a private pool, which was a great plus. The highlight is the sea access — just a short walk from the apartment. The apartment is part of a calm, clean, and well-maintained complex, ideal for families looking for a relaxing getaway. It feels safe, quiet, and newly built, giving excellent value for money at 37,000 Baht. One thing to keep in mind is the location: while it's perfect for peace and quiet, you should budget around 2,000 Baht for a round trip to popular tourist spots like Patong Beach, as it's a bit of a drive. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for families or couples who want a relaxing stay in a beautiful and serene environment.
