We had an awesome stay at Vannee Golden Sands and can highly recommend this resort. The staff was extremely helpful, and responsive to queries I had prior to the trip. The staff also went out of their way to make our friend's birthday a very special and memorable celebration. The pool and swim-up-bar was fantastic as well (can recommend the pina colada cocktails). The breakfast offered a wide variety of sweet and savoury items, which was great and fresh. I enjoyed the spa and sauna facilities.

Everything was perfect, the communication with the owner, Win the lady that takes care of the villa , the rooms are beutifull and clean the facilities, the swimming pool , everything was perfect. Even when it was raining we could seat outside at the outdoor salon. We used the grill and the laundry machine and it worked great When we arrived Win helped us rent a bike in a good price, she brought it to the villa with a helmet for the child . The kitchen is super well equipped. I've stayed in a lot of villas and hotel and this one is definitely my favorite. At this location you will need a bike or a car but it 4-7 min from prime location You feel a part of nature hearing the sounds of the jungle enjoying watching small frogs and fireflies .

The villa is brand new, true to the pictures. The staff were nice, there was a pool guy who comes every morning to clean the pool for us as well as housekeeping service, we chose to have every 2 days. Communication with the manager Ford was very easy she helped us to rent motorbikes and shared with us few recommendations!

The best accommodation we have ever stayed in on the island. We were very worried that the villa in the picture would not match reality, but our concerns were unfounded. VERY clean and new villa. With high-quality plumbing, kitchen appliances from "Smeg," and a large pool. In the kitchen, there is everything you need to prepare your own meals. Cleaning was done regularly at the villa, so it was always spotless. VERY pleasant hosts! ขอบคุณ 🫰

The location was amazing. Stayed in the beach villa right on the beach and great views from front door/balcony ! Lovely staff who were so friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Fresh Fruit for breakfast too!!

first of all, they gave us an upgrade to the seaview room, which was amazing. it has an incredible view and has all the necessary amenities. We were actually escaping from our last hotel that was full of cockroaches, this one was incredibly clean. What I cannot say enough is for the people and the service that the hotel brings, that is of the highest quality. I have been never been in an hotel that has been this caring, flexible and nice to us. I can only say great things about the woman at the reception because she really made us feel like home. We got intoxicated due to food poisoning (seafood) that we ate at the secret beach and the hotel was particularly helpful, nice and caring preparing us veggie soup, ginger tea and everything needed to get better. Even they let us have a late checkout. I can only say thank you guys for making our stay such a wonderful experience. To add up, we also eat vegan and gluten free and the restaurant was really flexible to prepare delicious meals for us. Amazing customer service, experience and staff. I would definitely go back, highly recommended!

We stayed for little over a week in the Ozone cave and had such a great and relaxing holiday! Every corner, ceiling and detail in the whole hotel is perfectly decorated. With the absolute highlight offcourse the cave at which you have a beautiful view from your room. Furthermore the room is super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet corner of a little village with lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can also walk to two beaches. But most important of all during our stay were Banana and her staff always there to help! She can arrange transport, day trips and renting motorbikes (which were in perfect condition). Thank you Banana for everything!!
