    The owner was very helpful to park the car, there is no parking space in the old city. He is also very willing to give advise or help you if needed. There is a good Turkish breakfast on the terrace with a view. The hotel is clean. Location is right in the old city and you can walk to all the main locations and restaurants.

    The overall experience was amazing, from check in to check out. All the staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were met by one of the employees when the bus dropped us off at the main road. The location is excellent as it is near all the main attractions within walking distance. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace.

    Everything exceeded our expectations. Atmosphere of the hotel corresponds to that of the town. You feel like in an ancient castle! Spacious room, clean bathroom and toilet, beautiful view and of course - the amazingly hospitable host Nuh. He arranged everything we needed, a tour around the region, taxis and transfers. The breakfast was traditional and plentiful. The location of the hotel is perfect- walking distance to all sights in Mardin. Wi-Fi is perfect even in the rooms. We definitely recommend Carra Konagi and will return for sure.
