My and my wife went to Emerald Resort & Spa for our honeymoon and had the best time of our life!! everything was absolutely magnificent. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early . We got to the resort super early and didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. The staff go over and beyond to make sure that every moment you spend in there is delightful. Golf carts were always available to make sure you arrive move around the resort comfortably. They have three main restraunts which all served exquisite dining. Since we were on our honeymoon they gifted us with a 5 course romantic dinner at the beach and also 1 hour massage vouchers for each of us. Special thanks to Mr. Ashok for ensuring everything went smooth They have exceeded our expectations in every aspect!! Cleanliness 10/10 Amenities 10/10 Food 10/10 Service 10/10 If you are going to Zanzibar you must book at Emerald Resort & Spa also I strongly recommend getting the all inclusive package

Swimming pool, hanging beds next to it, inflatable toys, great food (compared to local standards) and fantastic and friendly staff. The large rooms were modern with European standard and equipped with AC. No issues with Wi-Fi. Out of 4 places we stayed in Zanzibar this one was so far the best.

The property is beautiful - lots of greenery, trees, and flowers - and the staff are professional and friendly. Our room was impeccably clean and had everything that we needed. The chef is super talented; breakfast was great (the chickpea pancake was especially delicious!), and dinner was very impressive. We weren't too hungry mid-day, but there are great snacks at Spicy Mama's just down the beach. Zanziblue is a great spot for visitors who just want to chill out, walk along the beach (yes there are beach boys that will try to sell you things and excursions, but not too many), and swim in the ocean when the tide is high.

The best place we have stayed so far. The resort has many free activities for the guests, different restaurants (with international and local food) and bars, cute boutique shop, very beautiful and clean beach. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is very delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful, smiling all the time and doing their best to make you feel special! you can never be bored here-there are trainings, pool and beach volleyball, tennis, yoga,reef walks, diving lessons, kayaking, as well as many books in different languages available to hire for a day from the outside libraries. Every night there is a special program (tribal dances/Masai show/live band etc). Beautiful landscape with ocean view!Last but not least it is extremely safe! We definitely recommend this place

The swimming pool is large, spotless, and set in a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, featuring comfortable beds, high ceilings, and a well-functioning bathroom. I would definitely recommend staying here – you won’t find a better price-to-quality ratio.

Cons: - Clean rooms. The rooms were cleaned daily for our 10 days stay. - Beach front. You literally just walk out from the resort to the beach. And the beach is not congested. It’s very clean and suitable for romantic picnics, relaxing or water activities. - Food. Nice and tasty food. Though breakfast options were limited with the buffet breakfast. - Swimming pool: It’s one of the few places having swimming pool and a spa in the area. This kept our kids busy as we were traveling with kids. - Volleyball available just at the property with nets and balls. This was fun. - Stuff. Very kind and helpful - Driver. The driver, Mr Alex made our stay worthwhile. He suggested beautiful attractions and took us to different places for all our stay there. - The host was also friendly.
