Shower was good with plenty of hot water. Location was perfect for our needs. Restaurant food was good and service wonderful. Pool and hot tub were great. Hotel breakfast was filling and coffee was strong and hot and plentiful. Hotel staff was very pleasant! The male receptionist was a bit overwhelmed and irritated with guests and all of the requests. No extra pillows available. Good food in the restaurant. The female receptionist had an adorable dog, however she did allow it to go to the bathroom in the rock area and didnt clean it up..gross!
