Location was great. Just a few blocks from the craziness of Bourbon St. Also beside green street car to Garden district and Hop on Hop off bus. What made the holiday were the staff. From check in, we were warmly welcomed and that hospitality lasted throughout our stay. Every one of thier staff members would bend over backwards to accommodate you or just say hello when passing. It was truly exceptional. From Patrick at breakfast to Renaldo at reception, they always had time for us. I have stayed in top 5 star hotels that have not managed that level of hospitality. The drinks and evening snacks where of a very high standard, as was the breakfast. We were on a 3 week tour of different US States and staying in 6 different hotels, this was by far our favourite.

My room was a little apartment. I had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The room looked out unto a beautiful atrium. It was a cozy place to stay for five days.

We were travelling to the US on our honeymoon from Australia and the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans was a highlight of our trip. Our room was beautiful, it was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The room and overall hotel had old school charm mixed with modern luxury. The ameneties within the room and the hotel were fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure every need was met promptly. The staff also kindly arranged champagne to celebrate our special stay. The location is ideal—right in the heart of the French Quarter, with every sight within walking distance.

The Rathbone location was great. Esplanade was within walking distance to a lot of great spots-Lil Dizzys, French Quarter, Habana Outpost, Louis Armstrong Park, and Tremé. We stayed at the Rathbone across the road from the pool but loved our privacy and the living room there was very comfortable to relax in. The spa and pool were a great treat after a day of exploring, and the backyard was beautiful. The room, bed and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the history of New Orleans guide they provided in the room, it was great reading material. There was coffee, breakfast bars, fruit, and porridge available in the living room too.

    It wasn’t crowded, jacuzzi and hot tub were fun. The owner is very communicative and hospitable . The cleaning staff were also helpful upon my arrival. I also appreciated the shampoo and conditioner they provided. At first I was worried about staying in the Hollywood room but it’s very gorgeous and you can take beautiful selfies in there and its cozy ❤️
