Although I met only one member of the management team, it's clear that the entire leadership works hard behind the scenes to deliver exceptional results. What I liked the most was the fact that the housekeeping service came every day to tidy up and change the sheets and towels. Ms. Ritu was very kind and provided us with the best service I could imagine. I recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.
