This is an incredible place, fully private villas, great service and amazing cleanliness. We booked 2 villas: one for us and one for our son with a family with a baby. Everyone was delighted. Yes, it is expensive. But it is worth it.

Sebastian was really amazing host , he and his family really kind and generous The apartment is full equipment , even when we asked oven bowl he provide it , he gives us a tour around the farm , it was really beautiful . The apartment is surrounded by apple trees. There was a welcome apple juice and also he baked bread for us , thank you Sebastian, you made it like home.

Surrounded by the gently rolling hills of the Innviertel region, 4*S Hotel Spa Resort Geinberg offers ideal conditions for your spa holiday. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The spa resort is very well maintained and very clean. The sauna world is an amazing place, and the classes are a great experience. The staff are friendly and speak many languages, including English. If the staff did not speak English, they kindly asked people around to help translate. We learnt a little of the German language, and they did not judge us for trying. I'd advise learning the German language before travelling it helps. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were modern.
