The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. Great staff in the hotel, restaurant, and spa. The family suite was very quiet. The food in the restaurant was great. Jesica from the Spa delivered a great massage. Front desk staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable about the tourist spots around Garmish. The hotel is dog friendly. We had a great time!

Appartements Gladbach is located in Heiterwang in the Zugspitz Arena Ski Area, 1 km from Lake Heiterwang. It offers free Wi-Fi and a spa with an indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub. The Host were more then friendly and helpful in any way. We had an awesome time at the property. Especially the wellness & spa area was superb. Only to recommend.

Nice and clean apartment with a great view in a quiet location. Breakfast is good, and the lady of the house is super friendly. There's also a nice play corner for the kids and a pool table, which is great!

Surrounded by the Tyrolean mountains, the historic, family-run Hotel Spielmann is located in Ehrwald, a village at the foot of the Zugspitze mountain. Beautiful hotel, beautiful spaces (and lighting!), great location. Breakfast and food in general was top quality. Staff very lovely and competent. Whole building has a beautiful feel to it. A real gem of a place.

The bed was really good. The bathroom was big and nice, although we took some time to find the way to lower a curtain which closed the view of the bathroom from the rest of the room. The location was convenient, and the parking place closeby and not too expensive. Breakfast was excellent. The staff, apparently made of a single lady not always on the premises (but we were definitely during the off-season), was extremely nice and friendly. Everything worked OK.
