Wish we could stay longer! The place is just perfect for everything! Location: Perfect for people who drive. Located at the other side of the river but close enough to CBD, only takes 7-10mins to drive. Quiet and close to the water which you can take a fresh breeze from. Equipment: Very cozy with everything we need. The place is large enough for a family of three or four . Fully equiped with heater and air conditioning to make you warm enough in winter nights. Nice and big bath tub with spa (didn't use during our stay). Very good taste to the decorations and styling of the place. Staffing: It's a cottage within the house land. Landlord doesn't usually live here but very nice and approachable. Thanks Penny for being kind and helpful. We are very welcomed by her and her family and were invited to watch their live band in their house. Accessability: Easy and smooth check in and check out. Easy for parking without disturbing the front.

Our stay at Hobart Panoramic View with Spas was absolutely incredible. The house is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offers breathtaking views of the Derwent River. We were fortunate to celebrate New Year’s Eve here and had the perfect vantage point to enjoy the fireworks right from the balcony—it was an unforgettable experience! The property features two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. There are also two terraces and a lovely backyard with a jacuzzi, which we made use of every evening for ultimate relaxation. We were genuinely sad to leave, as it felt like a home away from home. Without a doubt, if I return to Hobart, this will be my top choice for accommodation. Highly recommended!

Doté d’un bain à remous, l’hébergement Bridgecroft House - Spacious & serene family home vous accueille à Richmond, à 30 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Hobart Convention and Entertainment Centre. The kitchen was very well stocked. It had everything and more than what we could have needed. From serving trays, knifes, various glassware and serve ware, and some basic food items in the pantry and fridge! The beds, linen, and couches were very comfortable. Every nook and cranny was exceptionally clean. The house was bigger than the pictures let on! The hosts were incredible. Very helpful and kind. During our stay the batteries died in a remote and we messaged the host. Batteries were delivered unobtrusively and promptly. I also left a precious ring at the property and did not discover this until some time after our stay. I messaged the host and they searched high and low for it, found it, and upon the ring being returned to me they even gave me a little gift (it really should have been the other way around). They went above and beyond!

Gorgeous! Immaculately clean. The presentation is beautiful. Peaceful and quiet..we even had an evening visit by a mumma Pademelon Wallaby (she had a Joey in her pouch) Everything we needed was met. I absolutely highly recommend staying here. Super comfy bed too!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baker's Retreat. It was so comfortable that the kids didn't want to leave each morning to explore southern Tasmania. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner and the BBQ area outside was perfect for our evening meals. We all enjoyed the jacuzzi at night before bed. The computer in the living room was helpful for googling places to go. The home is tastefully decorated and feels incredibly cozy. The property owner, Michael, was very helpful and welcoming. The home is just down the street from a fantastic French patisserie and Kmart/Coles are just a five minute ride down the road for picking up any necessities. All in all, this is a perfect place to make your home base in Hobart!
