Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... I loved the spa facilities and that there were shuttle busses from the hotel to the gondola and from gondola to the hotel. Plus there was a room to store our ski equipment. The breakfast was good and varied! The rooms were good as well, we were in an apartment with two rooms a living room with a small kitchenette(it didn’t have a stove, but it did have a microwave and a toaster that were working) also got some water tea and honey as a complimentary free gift! It has a great room service menu with good prices(we sadly didn’t get the chance to order from it) there was a gaming room and salt room but with extra costs! The pool was big and it is kind of between 1.40-1.55 deep!

Great apartment, everything you could need to stay for a week was provided! Spacious and clean. It was a lovely base for when we returned from skiing. Our host was great, contacting us pre-arrival and helping with recommendations and any questions we had during our stay. The spa access was also a highlight.

It was a great weekend. The owner of the apartments is incredibly friendly, personally met us. Gave a lot of useful recommendations (places to eat tasty and not expensive, SPA, interesting places). About apartments: The room is perfectly clean. And also there is everything you need (kitchenware, towels, bathrobes and much more). I definitely recommend. We will definitely visit again this place.
