The apartment we booked was comfortable and intimate. All spaces were clean and we appreciated we could here the river in the morning. Breakfast was excellent, variate and tasty. We will definetly come back next time.

Combining traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities, the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko enjoys a convenient location close to the gondola lift in Bansko. The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

Our host was great, contacting us pre-arrival and helping with recommendations and any questions we had during our stay. The spa access was also a highlight.

All kinds of appliances are available - big refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. The location is close to the park area of the city, 5 min walk to a shop. about 15-20 mins walk to the center area. Internal pool with nice SPA additions (dry and wet sauna and jacuzzi). External pool is children only. Lot of dedicated parking space around.
