A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Nature Our family of four (two adults and two children) had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is truly one of the best in the area. Nestled in the forest and surrounded by breathtaking nature, the hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the lift to the Seven Rila Lakes. The rooms are cozy and impeccably clean, offering a welcoming atmosphere after a day of exploring. The service throughout our stay was exceptional – every detail was taken care of with great professionalism. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and while the breakfast was fairly basic, it was exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this type. Without a doubt, we will return to this hotel when we visit the area again. Just a few additional notes for future guests: • There are no air conditioners in the rooms. • The mattresses are quite soft (for our family). • There is no elevator. • The spa is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Overall, none of these points were an issue for us, but they are good to be aware of when planning your stay.

Located in Borovets, Studios and Apartments - Semiramida Gardens offers a terrace. This apartment offers free private parking and full-day security. The accommodation provides spa facilities, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. The studios were very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The management is exceptional!

The accommodation has a sauna and a hot tub. Featuring a private entrance, the apartment allows guests to maintain their privacy. Great place ! The hosts, Georg, was lovely, caring, informative, and easygoing. The private SPA area was a treat, with hot souna and jacuzzi, prepared with candels and music - just perfect after ski.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the Bulgarian mountains. It truly stands out from anything else in the area. You can tell the owners have international experience – they know how things should look and work. I also really loved their branding, it’s thoughtful and well executed. The food in the restaurant was a fantastic surprise after many mixed experiences in Bulgaria. My husband and I also enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, playing games in the cozy lobby, the clean sheets, and the spacious room. We’ll be happy to come back!

The rooms all feature a balcony offering views of the countryside and mountains, a flat-screen TV with both cable and satellite channels and a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The staff are an 11 out of 10. They are all exceptional. We were very surprised, They are incredibly great at service and very friendly. English, Bulgarian, and Italian are spoken with skill.

Each accommodation unit at the Chamkoria Chalets is elegantly decorated in brown colour tones ranging from dark chocolate to creamy cappuccino. They are all equipped with a balcony, a seating area with satellite TV, and private bathrooms with either a bathtub or shower. The kitchens have a fridge, an oven, and a dining area. Very nice and helpful staff really going above and beyond so you can have a good stay.

Situated in the old centre of the resort, hotel Victoria offers great comfort and a cosy atmosphere for your winter or summer holiday amidst the peace and quiet of the mountain forest.

You can choose from nice country-style rooms, where you will spend restful nights. A great and very inviting area within the hotel is the tavern with its open fireplace, where you can taste dishes from Bulgarian and international cuisines. For your morning or afternoon tea or coffee there is a beautiful winter garden. The hotel was beautiful. Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and Dinner were also very tasty, certainly nice to eat. They had a little toy area that my daughter enjoyed, and even let us borrow some sleighs so she could have fun in the snow.

The Hotel Boutique is looking awesome, from the style and the furniture to the plates. Clearly, it was a great investment. The food is fresh and delicious, the deserts, especially the cake made with yogurt, honey, nuts, and blueberries!!! 🤩🤩🤩 the ladies from cleaning did their job very well. I totally recommend this hotel boutique, very cozy, clean, beautiful and the food very tasty.

Nice sorroundings, friendly staff but they don't speak English or very very little.
