The friendly stuff, specially Rat and Christiana, they were really kind and friendly to me. My handicapped accesible room was awesome and very comfortable. Amid the forests of the Blue Hole National Park, this property offers free Wi-Fi access, private parking and free bike rentals to sightsee the area. A tour desk is also available on site. Well this place is paradise, perfect in every way. The location is stunning particularly when looking at the mountains from your balcony first thing in the morning. The restaurant food was very good too at ok prices.

Howler monkeys and plenty of birds made every morning memorable. I have never seen such detail and thought go into the decor and feel of each room. We felt at home here and will be back.

The hotel was great, and the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and the pool was a plus too. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were very good. Everyone worked to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and they were able to provide answers to all our questions about everything we wanted to do around San Ignacio. The only thing to note is that the hotel is a little outside of the town so you might need a car to get into the town, it’s about a 5-10 minute drive so not bad at all. Most tours will also pick you up from the hotel if needed.

Hidden Valley proved idyllic for my wife and me. The location, high up in the Mayo Mountains, is unique, with endless picturesque trails that take you to beautiful waterfalls and clear blue pools where you can swim to cool off, all the time surrounded by a huge variety of colourful birds. The accommodation couldn’t be better, well furnished with comfortable beds and good hot showers. The food is superb, the coffee perfect, and the staff friendly and helpful, with a commendable approach to conservation and nature.
