Ruby was lovely and let me check in early. I got a room upgrade and the apartment was amazing and definitely worth the money. All the facilities were great. Comfy bed and great view from balcony. You can connect your phone to the TV to stream Netflix. The spa and pool are fantastic, and I even got given a $30 voucher to spend at their restaurant. For someone who usually can't afford a place like this, I found in very affordable.Fireplace was great too and hotel is close to everything.

Went for a romantic get away and was so pleased with everything this unit had to offer. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and all the amenities worked perfectly. The sauna was extra hot and clean with no smell and the hot tub ran wonderfully into the night with a picturesque view of the whistler mountains. They even left us a Log for the fireplace and got us all cozy into the evening. Heating and ac everywhere you look depending on your needed temperature. The beds were very comfortable and lots of towels and even a laundry machine if u need a quick wash. The location was perfect across from all the best restaurants and right above B.C. liquor store. Absolutely incredible experience and one of the best stays I’ve had in my life long travels. The owner was super friendly and easy to deal with and common very well with all contactless instructions. We will 100% stay again! Thank you.
