It smell cleans and nice all the time. The view was fantastic. I'd stay here again if I return to Grindelwald 100%.

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Adelboden in the Bernese Oberland region, 100 metres from the gondola ski lifts. An absolutely divine stay! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the rooms cozy with breathtaking mountain views. The food was exquisite, and the spa experience left us completely relaxed. What can be more beautiful than drinking your coffee with such amazing views? Every detail, from the service to the serene surroundings, made this a truly unforgettable getaway. Our room was in the attic with a forest view from the bedroom and a town view from our little deck, which was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The spa and sauna was very special too.The breakfast was magnificent. The shuttle collected us from the train, which was handy as the hotel is at the top of town.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
