It is also just a short distance away from the Puerto Natales town center, which has plenty of good restaurants to satisfy your needs for gourmet foods. Javier is an excellent host. He is very customer focus and helped to arrange all the tours we needed to explore Torres del Paine National Park. He also did the pick-up and sent-off for us, arranged for our laundry and taxi pick-up to town. He also has a very friendly dog named 'Teo', which greeted you every time you return to the cabin! The cabin is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the hot tub is a big bonus to soothe our tired bodies in the evenings after spending a day exploring Torres del Paine National Park! We will definitely stay here again if we visit Puerto Natales again!

We loved the Sauna/Jacquzzi. The location of the property was pretty close to the airport/town. The bed was super comfortable and the Cabanas was a great size. It was incredible seeing the glacier from the windows and the horses outside of our Cabana. Just breathtaking and relaxing. The best part of it all was David. He treated us like family and helped us plan our trip from start to finish which made it way easier with a baby. Even when the taxi driver could not pick us up David came and drove us back to our Cabana. Similarly he ran to the airport to give us a charger we needed and left behind. He is on top of things - checking in, making sure we were comfortable and had all our needs met. He made the experience for us feel so comfortable and cared for. He really made the trip. I highly recommend this place!

Situé à Porvenir, l’établissement Hotel y Cabañas Pulegan possède un bar. The hotel rooms are very modern yet rustic with a stylish and pleasing overall aesthetic. The beds/bedding are extremely comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating about everything, answering questions and helping us with a special request. The wifi was is extremely fast and reliable, the shower has amazing hot water & pressure, and the location is perfect for wandering around charming Porvenir with its lovely Magellanic style architecture.

L’établissement Best Western Patagonia se situe à Puerto Natales, à 4,8 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Gare routière Puerto Natales. The location is nice, it’s a bit out of the town but very easy (and affordable) to get an uber/taxi. Rooms are comfortable with wonderful views from the large windows. Having access to an outdoor hot tub after doing the W Trek was a nice treat!

Amazing property. It has a unique design that is very fitting for its environment. Location is outside city but a 10min taxi ride (at USD3 per way), so everything is close. View was outstading, staff was great and spa is exactly what is needed after a day of excursions.
