They have a professional English-speaking customer service team that assists with communication, and it was very convenient to contact them via WhatsApp. They answered many of my questions about Zhangjiajie. A driver and car were arranged to pick us up from the high-speed rail station, and they also provided complimentary rides to the ticket office—even though it was just a few minutes' walk. The hotel manager was absolutely wonderful and helped us a lot during our stay. She even went the extra mile by buying our tickets to the parks for us and giving us very useful tourist advice and recommendations. She was always kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet — her warm attitude really made us feel at home. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is cozy, and we felt very well taken care of. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a personal touch.
