The restaurant food was delicious. It’s not clear on here but they also have access by boat to a really remote beach where they have a bar and you can order food from the restaurant for lunch. She did the effort of speaking clearly and slowly so I could follow with my basic Spanish skills. The hotel is superb. A lovely infrastructure built into the hills and into nature. You feel relaxed at all time when staying there. As it is inside the National Park, you can enjoy the park for multiple days with just one entry. They have a private shuttle service that brings you to the Cañaveral trailhead. We always had dinner in the hotel restaurant as there aren't any options inside the park anyway. The food was very delicious which we usually don't expect from restaurants without competition. Everything was perfect, 10/10 I definitely recommend this place.

I recommend staying here or any other high score hotel near the parque tayrona's entrance, if you're not a backpacker. From here you can take the bus that goes to Palomino or Santa Marta and do many other things like tubing and walk different trekking routes with beautiful cascades, streams etc.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace, Senda Casa Tayrona Los Naranjos is situated in Los Naranjos, 35 km from Santa Marta and a 5 minute drive from Tayrona park main entrance. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. I don't know where to start. This place is a true gem, next to Tayrona on the beautiful coast side. The hotel is small, it has only 8 rooms so they treat you very well. We booked two rooms, one with garden view and jacuzzi and one ocean view room. The garden view room is spacious, very comfortable, the jacuzzi is nice, good temperature and garden is very well maintained. The ocean view is smaller, but has the amazing view, nice breeze and the sound of the ocean. The breakfast was superb with great local coffee. The pool has good temperature, nice view. On the beach the waves are very rough, but if you are a good swimmer you could have fun. The restaurant quality is very high, they make all the food super delicious. The staff is extremely good. If you are lucky enough to find a room here, please book it and enjoy. Also if you are planning to go to the park, I suggest don't take the boats, the ride is super rough.

The accommodation features room service, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. Everything about 4 Pozos was great. The location is beautiful, breakfast was excellent, the beds and rooms lovely and comfortable and Thomas and the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. You have to shop for what you might want to eat and snack on as there are not a lot of stores etc close by, though there are restaurants and supplies near the park entrances so only a few kms away.

Just across the main road in Buritaca where all the buses from Santa Marta stop. Close to the party hostel Rio. Better accommodation than a hostel. About 25 minutes pleasant walk to the Buritaca river/ beach. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
