Exclusive property with helpful staff. Great view. Felt at home. was able to find a large grocery just a few blocks away.

5つ星のホテルで、ベルリンの素晴らしい景色を望む広々とした屋上スパ＆プール、スタイリッシュなレストランとバーを併設しています。賑やかなポツダム広場地区に位置し、ソニーセンターから300mです。 Grand Hyatt... お風呂が洗い場と浴槽に分かれていてて日本人には有難い仕様でした。広さも充分ありました。水圧、温度とも快適です。冬だったので浴槽必須でした。 アメニティはシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、ボディローションです。とても良い香りの物です。 化粧水や乳液、歯ブラシ、カミソリはありませんので 持参したほうがいいです。 部屋には電気ポット、冷蔵庫あります。スーパーで買った飲み物や果物を入れるスペースもあります。 主要観光地へはバスかメトロで10分の乗れば着きます。12月はクリスマスが過ぎてもクリスマスマーケットがやっているので滞在中は何度も行きました。小さいクリスマスマーケットは歩いて5分程です。 年越しの花火はあちらこちらで上がるのでシティービューにすれば部屋からでも充分に楽しめます。 ベルリンフィルファーモニーはホテルの目の前なので オーケストラに詳しくない方でもお勧めです。当日券は残っていれば開演の１時間前から会場のチケットセンターで買えますよ。

The room was clean and had everything what I needed. I found out that my coat was missing or gone and I asked to the receptionist ( a gentle man ) and he kept it for me after one of guests passed it to the reception it was so kind . I had the breakfast at first time the quality was better than any 5 star hotels though. The location is super perfect to access all the places I neeed to be . Thank you so much I will definitely rebook again soon 👍
