Set amid the wonderful Alpine landscapes of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, this traditional 4-star hotel offers elegant rooms and excellent spa facilities. The room is very comfortable and clean. All the staff are very nice and helpful. They provided free snacks, the cake and salad were delicious.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. Great hotel! This was our second booking. Excellent room size and facilities! Child friendly! Spa area for families (with clothes) but also for adults only. Big pool and Jacuzzi. Playroom with pool table and other games Excellent food incl. the menu for the kids! The location is great. The mountains are close by as well. Very recommended hotel!

The Alpenglühn offers breathtaking views of the Bavarian Alps. Including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with TV, each apartment is decorated in a modern colour scheme. We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was so comfortable, bright and cheery.
