All the people took great care of us and made our stay super nice, every single person from the stuff. Yasser was an excellent cleaner made a great job wit the room decorations. The waiters, chefs, animators, reception,spa, cosmetics ,thank you guys very much, you all made our time very special...

Good service, great food, when we had even the smallest issues they were solved immediately with additional compliments. The tennis courts are great, theu are close to real clay.

Very nice place, very nice staff, especially the reception Mohamed Salah, Mohamed Salem, Hamid, and all the staff are amazing. Kids had a blast in the water slides and we did too. Food is very good (would only have enjoyed more Middle East options). Location is beautiful. Everything is clean.
