Everything was amazing, clean and delicious. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in an hotel, the room was beautiful, big and super clean, very close to the beach and shops if needed. Location: You can easily walk to Palma beach in just 5 minutes. The beach is absolutely stunning with its turquoise color and soft sand — it truly amazed us. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €18. The hotel is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Instead, I suggest walking 10 minutes to the Mercadona market — it has a wide selection and reasonable prices. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old baby, we couldn’t join the nightlife, but there are plenty of places to party near the hotel. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and the furniture looked new. I also watched how thoroughly they cleaned a room after a guest checked out, and our room was cleaned nicely every day. We were right near the party places but sound isolation was good enough for blocking them. Food: Dinner had great variety overall. For a buffet, it was about as good as it gets. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 food from a buffet, but I’d rate it around 7–8. Breakfast had slightly less variety, but it wasn’t a problem for us. For families with children: This hotel isn’t fully tailored for children, but there were still enough activities to satisfy us. For example, there’s a playroom you can take your child to at any time of day. Even though our baby is quite young, the staff at the mini-disco in the evenings made every effort to ensure he had fun — they played and danced with him. There’s also a small children’s pool and a section of the large pool that’s about 40 cm deep, where our son had a great time. Staff: The hotel staff were truly friendly and cheerful. They always smiled at our son and tried to play with him. Everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. The property was amazing. All of the staff was fabulous. The room was comfortable and clean and all of the wonderful seating areas inside and out made it extra special. The breakfast was delicious every morning with lots and lots of choices. We found the spa area really lovely and the location perfect. We will definitely return and highly recommend it

Everything was perfect—from the cozy room to the warm hospitality. But the real highlight was the surprise birthday dessert plate with a candle at dinner for my wife—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that truly touched us! The staff were all incredibly friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt at home from the first moment. Can’t recommend this place enough—if I could, I’d rate it 15 out of 10!

An excellent massage service would render you stay even better. A taxi takes you to the hotel from the airport in less then an hour crossing the picturesque Mallorcan landscape.
