The Bulgari Hotel helped me with my proposal to my now fiancé. The staff was outstanding and responsive. Our reception there by the staff outclassed my expectations. Everyone at the hotel was so accommodating and professional. The room was spectacular. Spa is excellent and beautiful. Massage therapists are world class. Dinner and breakfast was, as expected, delicious and beautifully made. The cleaning staff decorated our room with roses and candles when we went for dinner which was an amazing touch. Excellent food (with a bias towards Indian cuisine admittedly) and generous afternoon tea and evening happy hour offer to boot. Michelin star restaurant Quilon is part of the premises, and it was lovely. Service is simply outstanding, and the suite we had was very well appointed and spacious too!
