The newer area of the hotel was very nicely decorated and clean, and the old part of the estate still had a very cosy feeling, especially the bar in the "library" where we could sit and have a few drinks after dinner.

We stayed in a family cabin and it was surprisingly spacious, so clean, comfortable and equiped with everything we needed. The hot tub was of course a highlight of the trip, as was getting to pat and feed the highland cows (plus other farm animals).
