Ushangi, the onwer welcomed us late in the night, was very nice, helped us with our luggage, early morning the view was amazing! They made delicious khachapuri and pancakes for they breakfast, and their restaurant was available till night, the place and facilities all worth the visit and the stay, I would definitely recommend this place and I would love to visit it again soon

The hotel is in a perfect location - a quiet street but close to all the necessary facilities. The room was very clean, modern and cozy. The staff was exceptionally warm and helpful - they welcomed us with local tips on restaurants and tours. And the breakfast was one of the best I've had while traveling. Although parking is a bit limited, everything else was absolutely flawless. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place.

Apartment is very clean and perfect for a short stay in Batumi. Has beautiful view and perfect location in new Batumi. 5 mins walk to the beach. Surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, clubs. However, its not noisy and you can sleep well and feel rested. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again!
