À l’intérieur, tout est parfaitement équipé, très propre, et l’on s’y sent immédiatement à l’aise, comme chez soi. Jeni et An se sont également occupés d’organiser notre taxi pour la prochaine étape de notre voyage. C’est donc avec un vrai pincement au cœur que nous leur avons dit au revoir !

They very so nice and anticipating and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They especially went above and beyond for our two daughters. Fresh fruit, milk shakes and always smiles and waves.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Its direct connection to the mall makes it incredibly convenient for guests, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Hotel just in the heart of city. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our early check-in request. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend our sincere gratitude to the Cambridge Hotel for such a wonderful experience.

We ordered scrambled eggs with mushroom and they had to go and cut up mushrooms but were happy to do so. Our room was on the 20th floor and provided all we needed. They had a bar where we were able to buy a beer.
