Beautiful location and pleasant stay The beachfront bungalow’s location is absolutely worth it — right by a clean and quiet beach. The staff were kind and helpful, everything was clean and well maintained, and the facilities were great. It was a very pleasant stay overall. The Indian food was delicious and much better than the Western dishes. The resort is divided into two parts: the beachfront area with bungalows and a restaurant, and the “Art Village” section with the pool and another restaurant. It’s not the most convenient setup, as you have to walk a few minutes to reach the pool, but it’s not a big deal. Luckily they re-opened the beach front restaurant on the day we checked-in, which made a big difference.

It allows guests the privilege of privacy and exclusivity while enjoying all the facilities at Alila Diwa Goa. Food was amazing, pool is awesome, and we were upgraded to an amazing room in Diwa Club. One of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure to stay in!

A very cozy guarded complex with a swimming pool and a green area where you can even see a peacock. Soft and huge bed, shower and bath, drinking water filter, kitchen utensils, washing machine, large sofa to relax with friends, terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. The best apartment complex nearby (walked around a lot). The nearby beaches are simply magical, especially at sunset. Safe area, even in the evening it is not scary to walk alone in the neighborhood outside the complex. The owner is very kind, ready to help with any question.

During our stay at the hotel there have also been some busy days: staff members didn't change attitude: they always met us with a smile, a kind word, trying to take care of a wish or the expressed need. A special compliment goes to Babyrose, Antika and Uday who made us "feel at home". Then we liked the wonderful, long, sandy beach, perfect for walks and enjoy the arabic sea. For those who like to swim it's a very good place: you can have nice swims both in the sea (usually calm, warm water) and in the large pool of the hotel: we never found it overcrowded; there were separate, bounded areas for children and adults. We also liked the food. We stayed for six nights so we decided to have three dinners at hotel enjoying the buffet and went out for three other nights. Along the beach, within walking distance there are various schacks which serve good food, especially fish and, if you wish (as we did) you can enjoy it right on the shore, in front of the sea. But also the food served at the buffet of the resort was good and varied with many indian - and goan - dishes. Same to say for the breakfast with a pretty big choice were you could have indian specialities or more - for us - traditionals like bread, toasts, cakes, butter, eggs or whatever (including fresh fruit juices). Last but not least, we appreciated together with the huge, lush garden (and the many birds), the cleanliness of the property: there was allways somebody around cleaning or tyding up.
