We arrived with 3 children under the age of 10. They welcomed us warmly and we were given the last cabin with the gorgeous view. The house is compact and clean. The balcony is a bit hot in the middle of the day but a large parasol is there for shade. In the morning and evening it is pleasant to sit on the balcony with the sun behind. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a wonderful experience. In the afternoon we entered it with cool water and in the evening we filled it with hot water and enjoyed a pleasant experience in nature.

The house is perfectly located for exploring Tuscany — most of the region’s most interesting towns and sights are just about an hour’s drive away, which made day trips easy and enjoyable. The house itself is very spacious and excellently equipped with everything we needed, including for traveling with a baby. It felt like a real home away from home. Our hosts were very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for questions or tips. Colour combinations were very toned and original. Very state of the art heating and air conditioning system. Helpful and friendly owner welcomed us, very capable and fun. The garden was colourful with plants and flowers and comfortable chairs. Ideal for an hour to read or sit in the sun after visiting the local medieval villages nearby. The location in the village with it's many small shops and restaurants was new for us. Interesting to look out the window at the village coming to life in the morning. Breakfast was eaten in the restaurant next door with Francesco, the owner, acting as waiter. His smile and enthusiasm made a good start to the day and his freshly baked croissant and home made jam were very good, Coffee was great too! We would definitely think to return not only for the comfort and great ambience in Nobilia Dimore but also for the pretty countryside with open spaces and trails through the hills.
