Usually don't leave reviews, but I make an exception. This place combines best of both worlds, hotel and apartment. As a family we stayed in an apartment, but we had all the luxury of a hotel, still having a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment with a really large living and balcony. Pool is just perfect 30C water 130cm deep and opened 24/7. Staff spoke good English and breakfast was also okay.

After having an awful experience at another place in Piombino, we had to leave immediately and find somewhere to stay last minute in high season and we’re so grateful we found this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They even upgraded our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture and exactly what we needed after a very very stressful day. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — a true breath of fresh air. The whole hotel had a calm, well-kept atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Everyone we interacted with was kind and efficient, and even though we could only stay one night (as they were fully booked after), we would have happily stayed longer. Also worth mentioning — the prices for poolside snacks and drinks were fair and reasonable, which is refreshing to see at a hotel, especially after such a last-minute booking. The property was filled with trees and flowers that smelled so good. This stay turned our day around and reminded us what good hospitality looks like. Highly recommend!

トスカーナ州のフォッローニカにあるVia Firenze 11はフォルロニカビーチの近くにあり、無料WiFi付きのユニット、無料専用駐車場、ホットタブを提供しています。 Via Firenze... Beautifully presented apartment in a small, modern block just a few steps away from the beach. We loved the sea views from the balcony and the roof terrace (which has sun beds and a jacuzzi for the use of residents). It was a joy to wake up and take coffee on the balcony and we enjoyed the amazing sunsets from here too. The bed linen and towels were top-notch and the apartment was immaculately clean. Just wish we could have stayed longer! We would have no hesitation in booking here again if we were to re-visit Follonica. One minor drawback was the residents' garage; we found it nigh-impossible to steer our hire car into it! But there is street parking available and we always found somewhere outside to park (in October). In short, we loved it!
