Carlo and his team were very professional: easily reachable, always willing to help, daily cleaning of the room and a really satisfying, beautiful and perfectly clean interior. We also enjoyed the pizzette and ice-cream vendors just downstairs, as the apartment is greatly located close to the historical city center. We highly recommend!

As all other reviews have commented- it's a beautiful apartment ON the beach. Exceptionally clean. Direct access to beach. These are the only beach front apartments along the whole of Poetta beach. We had a wonderful meal at LA Marinella restaurant next door. You can get a bus directly outside to the centre of Cagliari- 25 min and €1.50!. But make sure you download the bus app first. They don't take card on bus. It's a really beautiful place to stay and we would love to return.
