We loved everything, from the location - easy accessible from the main road, free parking on site, looking at the sea, super helpful and friendly staff, complementary aperitif, lovely breakfast and a room with a view of the gorgeous Adriatic sea. Also there is long boardwalk for enjoying the sea air. They were so nice toward my two, big, dogs and that is one of the most important things for me. My full recommendation of this hotel and next time in Trieste this hotel will be our only choice.

We spent 3 nights at Casanova Bluelife in Trieste and overall had a great stay. The location is excellent – just a 3-minute walk from the train station and with a nice grocery store right at the bottom of the hill. The apartment itself is very modern and secure, with multiple keypad entry points and a front door that feels like opening a vault. The layout worked well for our group of 3 singles: two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, and a third bedroom in a loft-style space upstairs with its own bathroom. Since the loft is open, it’s not 100% private, but it still feels separate. The loft level also features two terraces, one with a small hot tub (really only suited for 1–2 people at a time). On the main floor, the terrace has an outdoor dining table that was perfect for gathering, enjoying meals, and taking in the beautiful sunset views. The kitchen is minimally stocked with basic essentials, but note there is only an electric cooktop and microwave—no oven. We are big coffee drinkers and ended up buying a small coffee maker nearby (about €30), since the provided stovetop percolator was too small for us. There is also an electric kettle for hot water. Inside, the apartment is minimalist but comfortable, though there aren’t many indoor spaces to lounge together as a group aside from the outdoor dining area. The views, however, are incredible, and the location is very walkable (though do expect a short uphill climb from the station). Accessing the apartment can be a bit of a process, with several steps depending on whether you’re coming from the street or the parking garage, but once inside, it feels extremely secure. The host was responsive throughout, and we would definitely stay here again.

The property is on a beautiful spot on a seaside, in a quiet neighborhood, well secured and maintained, with plenty of shade and space for relaxing or enjoying sunsets. The basement apartment is very spacious, well equipped - large bathroom with bidet, large fridge with a freezer, fully equipped kitchen; the apartment's biggest advantage is that it stays cool and doesn't heat up during hot summer days yet it has a comfortable entrance so you can enjoy a breakfast in the garden 🙂 Mara, the owner, is very friendly, welcoming and helpful; we were even allowed to use her own paddleboards which added a positive twist to our time spent there.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, B&B Maison 3 Magnoni is set in Trieste, 3.2 km from Piazza dell Unita d'Italia. Private parking is available on site. Very comfortable, clean and beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed breakfast and good coffee. The host Francesca is so kind and helpful. Very close to Trieste center by car.
