Great service, I had the option for early check in and when I arrived they respected my early check in. The process was easy and fast. All the members from the reception, waiter till the chefs are extremely kind and respectful. We had the best room for Petra's view. The room was clean. The food delicious (room service and breakfast). The place is only 3 minutes away from the Visitors Center and Bus Stop. 5 stars for this place.

There is a rooftop restaurant where people fight to take places next to window, while you can get it just for yourself, sitting in comfortable chair. very tasty breakfast. But this is not the best in this hotel. The lady supervisor is the nicest, the most organized person I've met in any hotel. Whatever we needed, one word and she took care of it. Confidence, control and positive energy. She could easily be head of any hotel in the world. Great stay, fully recommend

He helped me with everything from arranging transportation to finding a guide and sharing useful tips, his support and professionalism were absolutely outstanding. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect to relax after a full day exploring Petra. A special highlight is the rooftop pool, a wonderful place to unwind while enjoying the view. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Petra, you can book it with complete confidence. The units include a coffee machine and a private bathroom with a bidet and bathrobes, while some rooms also offer a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher. At the guest house, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The property owner was great. Very kind, communicative, and helpful. His wife even helped us with laundry. We had a wonderful stay here!
