I stayed here for 2 nights and had a great time. The staff were warm and friendly, and the food was genuinely good. A special shoutout to the receptionist, Ibrahem — he was an absolute gem. He gave us the best tips and ideas to explore the area and even recommended some amazing food spots. His guidance truly made the trip memorable. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic two-day stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort not just at the hotel but also by providing helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. We dined at the hotel restaurant both nights. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!

Set in Wadi Musa, in a building dating from the 1800s, The Old Village Hotel & Resort offers an outdoor swimming pool and guestrooms with free WiFi. We enjoyed very much our room with balcony. The sunsets were very nice. We appreciated the spa facilities and the massage. Overall the services were very good value for money and we would be happy to return at this property. All the staff was very friendly and supportive.
