The staff were kind and very professional- we felt really well looked after. Shared areas were cosy with relaxing music, and there were lots of games, books, etc. to borrow if you wanted. Belnina had a very nice family feel. Taka, Seiko and their friend Danny made our stay fantastic. Taka was very helpful with resort information and went beyond by picking us up and dropping us to the station. Seiko and Danny did a great job with breakfast, especially with the homemade baking. The drying room was great and the onsen was a great addition after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

Wow wow WOW. We didn't want to leave. This place was amazing. The two onsens are super plush. The owners are amazing people and we would highly recommend eating breakfast and/or dinner with them.

The location is fantastic for the bus shuttle. Be sure to book with the breakfast and have a dinner there. The breakfasts and the Sukiyaki were some of the best meals I had on my stay in Japan. The room itself is quite spacious than what I was anticipating and the beds keep you warm.

They use eco friendly and organic products throughout and have a conscious eco friendly way of running it. Naomi and Koki went above and beyond. My husband is a coeliac and so they made a delicious rice bread to cater for his dietary needs. They were happy to help with lifts to the bus stop and ski fields. It felt like nothing was too difficult or an imposition. We would happily go back to Il Bosco. Thank you!

Three of us stayed here for 5 days. We had the best time! The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable with great facilities, including a storage area for all of our ski and snowboard gear. There’s also a bus station right down the street that takes you to Iwatake (which you can then transfer to another bus that takes you to every resort.) The best part were the owners — they were so kind and welcoming even though we did not speak Japanese. They cooked us breakfast and dinner and both were so delicious. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay😁
