Staff were attentive throughout the meal and offered to refill our rice whenever we were out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and stylish. We booked the suite with a private onsen and it was wonderful to soak and watch the snow fall outside. The staff also helped us reserve our taxi to the airport after check out and the overall process was very smooth.
