There is an on-site drinks vending machine. This has to be one of the greatest experiences I've ever had in a resort or hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are super spacious and clean. The tubs on the balcony are lovely, the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and super impressive, catering to both Japanese and Western cuisine with the most incredible wide selection I've seen. Dinner was absolutely fantastic, with both the courses and the seafood buffet being exceptional. Among all the hotels I've stayed at, this place has the friendliest staff, catering to your every need. They offer a free shuttle bus to Gora Station as well as free ice cream from the vending machines. They have two onsen: one with an infinity pool and a fantastic view, and a garden one with a beautiful waterfall. I cannot recommend this place enough; we had the most fantastic stay ever.

Comfortable, excellent view of the river, great location close to the train station, amazing onsen facilities (tattoo-friendly) and the cherry on the top was the private onsen on our room. Lots of attention on the details. We were super satisfied with it all.

Lake Ashi is 4.9 km from the villa. The opportunity to stay in a Japanese villa, in a great location by Lake Ashi, with a kitchen and plenty of space was amazing. Then, the hot springs shower and tub was super special. It truly was healing to our bodies that were a bit worn out from travel. Yes, stay here! We hope to stay longer next time. It was a little hard to find. Yet, a kind gentleman was watching out for us and directed us.

Excellent traditional breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Excellent room with a lot of space. The public baths were good.

Each accommodation at the 2-star ryokan has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot spring bath and a hot tub. The ryokan has parking on-site, a public bath and a housekeeping service. Owner is really nice and the breakfast was delicious! Especially the bread. The onsen was really nice too. The location is good because there is a bus stop nearby that you can use to get to lake ashi and buses are very frequent.

Staffs were very nice, the location was comfy as well. The room has no windows but it was very nice to rest and sleep. Wish that the breakfast has more options but all in all everything was good.

Beautiful room, excellent dinner and breakfast and a wonderful Onsen. We booked the private Onsen for 45min. A huge Thanks to the hotel and restaurant staff for their friendly and perfect service. We loved it!
