The rooms are spacious and super well equipped. Having a chromecast and a Bose speaker is a nice add! The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is quite quiet during off season, which is quite relaxing, perfect for us. The breakfast is amazing, with an impressive variety of products available. The sushi restaurant is epic. The spa is really nice as well. Epic experience.

The location was very convenient, the hotel and amenities were amazing, clean and comfortable. But what stood out was the incredible and friendly staff who would go out of their way to help you with your stay. They are eager to provide information on nearby restaurants, giving their personal recommendations, and not only did they give us free shuttle service into town, they did it with such friendliness and made us feel really welcomed. Next time i'm visiting Niseko, i'm most likely going to be staying at intuition.

The TV was also large. I even liked the bidet in the bathroom.^^ The hot spring water was also really good. I liked the surrounding village as it had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There was a large snow field near the accommodation that few people visited, so it was great to play in the snow. My family stayed for 4 nights, and we definitely want to come back next time and stay longer. It was a place I really liked.
