Good water pressure. Located in the middle of Phnom Penh only about 5 walking minutes from the palace and waterfront. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Splendid facilities - they had everything we needed in the room, the property is new. There’s even an air dryer in the room for your clothes. They have two different pools and a jacuzzi so that was fantastic - we had lots of privacy at the rainforest pool. Location was pretty central too.

Books to read, fruit bowl, super verandah overlooking the river. Furniture way nicer than any hotel. Located near lots of restaurants and shops. Right on the river, you can go out and walk the promenade. You can also people watch from the verandah. Washing machine new and super convenient. Beds very comfy. If you want a nice place in a central location this is a good one.
