The services are outstanding, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The staff are extremely respectful and always have a smile on their faces. They assist you with everything you might need during your trip—from restaurant reservations to great local recommendations. At the reception, Mr. Mostafa and Mr. Ahmad were highly professional, always welcoming with a warm smile and kind words. The staff member responsible for the rooms, Mr. Ahmad, is calm, highly skilled, and always has an immediate solution for everything. My overall rating: This hotel deserves more than five stars in terms of quality, service, and location. For my next trip, I will definitely be staying at the same hotel. Much respect!
