We recently spent a week at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun, and it was our fourth time visiting. As always, the experience did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and every staff member was incredibly attentive and kind. We’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort that had such delicious food. It truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The resort has also made some great upgrades, including the addition of new and amazing restaurants, giving us plenty of options like steakhouse, Italian, Japanese, American cuisine, and more. A big thank you to some standout employees who made our stay extra special: • Antônio at Isla Contoy for his exceptional hospitality. He always makes us feel so welcomed and special. • Alex, our server at the pool, for his friendly and efficient service. • Edgar at Havana Steak House for his attention to detail and making our dining experience memorable. • Raquel at Tepanyaki for her warmth and wonderful service. • Geyder, the bartender, for his fantastic drinks and great attitude. Pros: Excellent food, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service from a dedicated and friendly staff. The variety of dining options, especially with the new restaurants, was outstanding.

Excellent customer services, clean and room, and great value!! The host always replied us promptly whenever I reached out. He arranged taxi rides , answered all our questions and even allowed us a late check-out (based on availability). There are a few nice local restaurants nearby and a big grocery store in which we stopped by daily to get yummy mangos and other fruits.

カンクン・バスステーションから17kmのSecrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres - All Inclusive Adults... Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

The vibe, the design, the pool in the middle of the hotel, the walking paths throughout, the privacy, the outdoor shower in the rooms, and most of all, the pool INSIDE the room. Already looking for dates to rebook. Will be back.
